Buono339
A moment to unwind in the city.
Situated in front of Shin-Otsuka Station, Buono339 is a counter-focused Italian spot offering casual small plates, wine, and textured fresh pasta in a calm and relaxed setting.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Set on the 1nd floor of Shin-Otsuka Plaza, Buono339 welcomes guests with a quiet counter where they can build a leisurely meal over glasses of wine. The menu features an array of affordable small dishes, allowing diners to start by grazing on selections like ratatouille, miso-marinated cream cheese, and freshly sliced prosciutto. The wine list includes plenty of Italian bottles, making it easy to pair glasses through the appetizers at an unhurried pace.
The centerpiece of the menu is the chewy fresh pasta, which draws frequent praise from patrons. Creative pairings of noodles and sauces include arrabbiata or pecorino with house-cured bacon, mushroom cream sauce over extra-wide pappardelle, and gorgonzola cream sauce tossed with textured radiatori short pasta designed for casual snacking. Heartier options such as skirt steak tagliata and grilled thick-cut salsiccia sausage round out the menu for those desiring a substantial main dish.
With its peaceful atmosphere, the restaurant works equally well for dropping by solo to order à la carte or reserving an omakase dinner course in advance. Gelato and coffee are available after the meal, ensuring an easygoing finish without any fuss.
